It helps maximize the drug’s effectiveness while reducing the risk of severe side effects, particularly bone marrow suppression.

Dose Categories (general clinical guidance, actual dosing is individualized):

  • Low Dose (highlighted in orange) – Used for patients with reduced kidney function or when aiming to minimize toxicity.

  • Standard Dose (highlighted in green) – Commonly prescribed for most treatment plans, balancing efficacy and safety.

  • High Dose (highlighted in orange) – Applied in aggressive treatment protocols, requiring close monitoring.
