Aruni Ghose, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at OncoFlow and Clinical Research Fellow (Remote) at BALCO Medical Centre, shared a post on LinkedIn about a paper he co-authored with colleagues published in Cardio-Oncology:
“Hot off the International Cardio-Oncology Society and OncoFlow Press, kicking off Day 1 GCOS 2025 in their Official Journal Cardio-Oncology by BMC Springer Nature!!
‘A Call To Action: improving access to cardiac MRI for diagnosis of immune checkpoint inhibitor-related myocarditis in low and middle income countries’
On my first day as Clinical Research Fellow for the Cardio-Oncology Service at Barts Health NHS Trust University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The Hatter Cardiovascular Institute, UCL, my boss Arjun K Ghosh, Cardio-Oncology’s biggest fanatic, always in the quest for ‘Setting Up Sustainable Cardio-Oncology Ecosystems’ taught me – ‘Democratise CardioOncology – only then will it give back to you – that resonated with my work at Cancer Health Disparities – London Global Cancer Week (LGCW).
And so instead of telling him how grateful I was, I wanted to get it printed with all the International Cardio-Oncology Society Gurus and my wonderful Oncology Seniors.
Not possible without the Frontrunners who put in the bulkwork – Abhinav Kandala, Isha Sabnis, Carl Simela, and of course Maryam Hasanova, who successfully applied the OncoFlow Targeted Guideline Mapping Functionality for Guideline Comparison!”
