Caterina Sposetti: ASCO25 Was Filled With Science, Inspiration, and Meaningful Connections
Caterina Sposetti, Oncology Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Still taking in everything that American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting 2025 had to offer: days filled with science, inspiration, and meaningful connections.
I had the chance to share my works on lifestyle factors in breast cancer and on body composition during Fasting-Mimicking Diet (FMD) in solid tumors, and was grateful to receive a Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation Merit Award.
I’m truly thankful to my mentors, Dr. Jennifer Ligibel and Dr. Claudio Vernieri, for their ongoing support and guidance. Many thanks as well to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, AIRC – Foundation for Cancer Research NGO and Fondazione Gianni Bonadonna for supporting my research.
Beyond the exciting new data and the amazing sessions, ASCO25 was a time to reconnect with colleagues and friends who make this journey so meaningful, both personally and professionally.
I’m leaving with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a deep sense of gratitude.”
