Aparna Parikh, Program Director for the GI Medical Oncology Program at Mass General Brigham, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am honored to share that I have been named Program Director for the GI Medical Oncology Program at Mass General Brigham, with a focus on Colorectal, Anal, and Neuroendocrine cancers, beginning September 15th.
In this role, I will be working closely with our team to advance our academic, clinical, mentorship, education, and recruitment efforts across GI Medical Oncology. I’m grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues Dr. Samuel Klempner and Dr. Harsh Singh in their new leadership roles as and I look forward to the collective impact we can make together.
Over my time at MGH, I have been fortunate to work alongside incredible colleagues, trainees, and collaborators in pushing the boundaries of innovation in colorectal cancer, ctDNA, and developmental therapeutics, while also advancing efforts in global cancer equity. I look forward to building on this work with renewed energy in this next chapter.
Thank you to all who have supported me on this journey—I am excited for what’s ahead!”
