Marcin Kortylewski: Multimodal Glioma Immunotherapy Targeting STAT3 and PD-1
Marcin Kortylewski, Professor at City of Hope, posted on LinkedIn:
“Just published! Our latest study on a new STAT3-targeting and double-stranded antisense oligonucleotide (CpG-STAT3dsASO) that reprograms the glioblastoma microenvironment and restores sensitivity to PD1 blockade. The oligo design was optimized for safety and led to long-term survival in preclinical GBM models.
Grateful to our expert collaborators including Amy Heimberger and Bozena Kaminska for their invaluable contributions to this work.”
