“October Is More Than Breast Cancer Awareness Month for Me. It’s Personal.
October will always hold a special place in my heart.
On 7 October 2022, I received my first chemotherapy – a day that changed my life forever. What began as my own journey through cancer gradually became a mission to support, empower and stand beside others walking a similar path.
On 1 October, I started the Cancer24x7 community with a simple belief: No cancer patient should ever feel alone.
Today, that small initiative has grown into the BraveHearts Cancer24x7 Foundation – a growing movement built on hope, awareness, patient support and the power of community.
And this October, I am deeply honored to share my story at ‘Celebrating the Indomitable Spirit of Breast Cancer Warriors,’ in association with Max Healthcare and Rotary Club of Gurgaon BraveHearts.

This gathering is not just about sharing stories. It is about celebrating courage, listening without judgment, creating connections and reminding every warrior that they are not alone.
My journey taught me:

From cancer survivor to patient advocate – my journey continues, so that someone else’s journey can become a little less lonely.
