“In 40 cancer patients with G-tubes, rotation to oxymorphone IR every 8h was successful in 62.5%, achieving pain reduction and continued use.
Median opioid rotation ratio (MEDD: oxymorphone) was 3.5.
No predictors of success were identified across subgroups.”
