Sendurai Mani: Inspiring Conversations on the FutureGen Scholars Program with PBS Channel.

“Inspiring Conversations on the FutureGen Scholars Program with PBS Channel.
Engaging with the FutureGen Scholars program on the PBS channel was an absolute delight. Exploring the realm of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) and witnessing the collaboration between Pappitto Opportunity Connection, Brown University, and Lifespan was truly eye-opening. This partnership is committed to bridging gaps and illuminating paths for the Future Generation through the transformative FutureGen Scholars program.
This initiative is unlocking opportunities for young, brilliant minds from diverse high schools across Rhode Island. It’s heartening to see the impact that dedicated individuals can make in shaping the educational landscape. A big shoutout to the exceptional Barbara Papitto, John Tarantino, Pat Tarantino, and Howard Safran for their unswerving dedication and unwavering support.
I also want to extend my appreciation to the PBS channel team, including Jane Simon, Michael Cerio, Kiara Butler, and Anaridis Rodriguez for their instrumental role in bringing this visionary endeavor to life.
Together, let’s remember that we’re not just discussing change – we’re actively forging a future where the next generation of students is empowered and equipped for success. Let’s continue the momentum!”
