Sami (Papacek) Mansfield: Knee pain after cancer? Let’s talk solutions
Sami (Papacek) Mansfield, Founder of Cancer Wellness for Life, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Knee pain after cancer? Let’s talk solutions.
One of the top physical discomforts after cancer treatment is joint pain, especially in the knees. While there are many reasons for achy joints, one of the most effective ways to support knee health is through strength training and mobility work.
That’s why today’s 5-Minute Friday Workout on Shift YouTube is ALL SQUATS!
Squats help:
– Strengthen the quadriceps (which support the knee joint)
– Improve mobility in the knees and hips
– Enhance function so movement feels easier and more natural
For cancer survivors and thrivers and anyone dealing with knee pain, adding just a few minutes of movement to your day can make a difference!

How do you keep your joints happy? Let’s discuss!”
