The 31st annual Elly Stig Memorial Golf Day – Children’s Cancer Institute

“In January, the Elly Stig Memorial Golf Day held their 31st annual charity golf day an auction in support of Children’s Cancer Institute and raised an incredible $15,500 towards childhood cancer research.
Each year, the event is held in memory of Elly Stig, who passed away from her cancer just before her first birthday in 1993. Her grandfather, Ray, started fundraising for childhood cancer research through the Golf Day the following year, and to date has raised over $460,000 for Children’s Cancer Institute.
We would like to give a huge thank you to Ray, Raelene and the Nambucca Heads community for another fantastic event!”
