“Today we announced that the first patient has been dosed in our Phase 1/2 CADENCIA-01 study evaluating SOT109, a next-generation ADC targeting CDH17 for the treatment of colorectal cancer. SOT109 is the only CDH17-targeting ADC to have received Fast Track Designation from the U.S. FDA. This milestone reflects our continued commitment to advancing innovative therapies with the potential to expand treatment options and improve outcomes for people living with CRC and other GI cancers.
