Two-year CGSO fellowship emphasizing multidisciplinary cancer care and leadership development. Training includes a minimum of 16 months of core clinical rotations (Colorectal, Advanced GI, Sarcoma, Melanoma, HPB, Breast), one-month blocks in Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, and Surgical Pathology, ~3 months integrated research, and 3–6 months of electives. Education is anchored at the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre with robust tumor boards, multidisciplinary clinics, and collaborative services. Fellows may receive financial support to attend pre-approved conferences/academic events.
Eligibility Criteria:

Demonstrated dedication to surgical oncology and research.

Medical graduate from Canada or an LCME-accredited U.S. school.

Currently in the final year of primary specialty training (Canada/U.S.).

One fellow accepted per year; applicants are interviewed and ranked via NRMP.
