I had the privilege of speaking with Dr. Jae L. Ross, Assistant Attending Psychologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), New York.
Dr. Ross is a clinical health psychologist whose work focuses on helping people affected by cancer navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of the journey-including coping, adjustment, uncertainty, meaning and quality of life.
What made our conversation especially meaningful was discovering how closely our purpose aligns: supporting the person behind the diagnosis.
Through Cancer24x7 ,my hope has always been to ensure that patients and families feel supported, informed and less alone. Conversations like this open possibilities for bringing global knowledge and experience closer to patients and healthcare communities in India.
