“Check out our new publication in PCPD about follow-up of patients selected to omit biopsy after initial mpMRI (Multiparametric prostate MRI ):

– 2.4% rate of GG2+ PCa, median follow-up 23 months,
– Black race, PSA velocity, PHI velocity -> repeat mpMRI (Multiparametric prostate MRI),
– All patients with csPCa (Clinically significant prostate cancer) had PIRADS 4-5.”
