1. Unique AML case
NPM1/IDH1-mutated AML + end-stage HF (LVEF <20%) on LVAD → sustained 5-yr MRD-neg remission after allo-HSCT.
2. SEER (2000–2021, n=11,553)
Black AYA AML pts had 25% rise risk of death vs White. Findings highlight the importance of advancing equity in care.”
