Nirmala Bhoo Pathy: Behind every successful woman stands a formidable mother
Nirmala Bhoo Pathy shared on LinkedIn:
“Behind every successful woman stands a formidable mother. My own mother, who raised four fierce and fabulous women, is an incredible powerhouse. I am endlessly grateful to her for instilling bravery in my heart, teaching me the value of truth, and fostering a spirit of generosity towards others.
Most importantly, as I raise my own young adult kids, I aspire to emulate the same nurturing and confident parenting style as Vijayalakshmi, my mom. She trusted that her daughters were raised right and would consistently make the right choices. My mom never fretted excessively when we were away at college, nor did she micromanage our lives. Deep down, both she and my dad knew we were good kids who would stay safe and succeed in navigating our lives.”
