Integrating data from ~7500 RNA seq datasets, >1500 immunopeptidomes and >200 cancer scRNA Seq datasets. Identifying a large series of canonical and non-canonical antigens, novel self antigens, microbial targets, etc.

All publicly available as a resource for developing T cell therapies.”
