Miguel Gonzalez Velez, Medical Oncologist at John Theurer Cancer Center , University Medical Center, shared on X:
“Getting late to this review on resistance to ICIs in NSCLC by Cassio Murilo T. Hidalgo Filho and Biagio Ricciuti at Journal of Clinical Oncology.
Take: This is one of the biggest challenges in NSCLC. After resistance to ICIs, treatments become toxic and less effective. This is NOT one size fits all. We will require multiple solutions for complex mechanisms of resistance.
I see STK11/KEAP1 comutation subgroup as one of the biggest challenges and TGF B as a promising candidate.”
