Beyond kidney cancer, AVEO’s development pipeline includes ficlatuzumab, an investigational antibody targeting HGF/c-MET being developed in HPV-negative recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and rilogrotug, an investigational GDF-15-targeting antibody being studied in cancer cachexia.
The company is also pursuing collaborations aimed at expanding its oncology portfolio, including research evaluating tivozanib in combination with other investigational and established therapeutic approaches.
