One-year fellowship at the Cross Cancer Institute (University of Alberta affiliate), with ~50/50 research and clinical time across multiple disease sites. Fellows access 8 linacs, Gamma Knife SRS, advanced brachytherapy, and an MR-Linac development program, within a strong translational and clinical trials environment.
Eligibility Criteria:

Junior faculty or trainees in their final year of Radiation Oncology; completion of specialist training by June 30, 2025, or within the past three years.

Eligible for educational licensure in the Province of Alberta.

Competent in spoken and written English; if prior medical training was not in English, include TOEFL/OET/IELTS meeting CPSA requirements.

Preference given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents (per immigration requirements).
Funding Details:

Remuneration commensurate with post-graduate scales defined by the University of Alberta.

Allocation of time approximately half research and half clinical (negotiable based on interests and departmental needs).

Scholarly output required during the fellowship (presentation at a national/international meeting and at least one peer-reviewed publication).
