
LCRF Research Grant on Overcoming Resistance in Lung Cancer
This Lung Cancer Research Foundation (LCRF) grant supports research aimed at understanding and overcoming resistance to therapies in lung cancer. Eligible projects include mechanistic studies, novel treatment strategies, and the development of diagnostic tools or biomarkers. The focus includes various lung cancer subtypes and stages across the therapeutic continuum.
Eligibility:

Must be a postdoctoral researcher, clinical fellow, or early-/mid-career investigator (less than 10 years since initial faculty appointment)

Affiliated with a nonprofit academic or research institution

Open to U.S. and international applicants

Cannot have received LCRF funding in the past 4 years
-
Cannot apply to more than one LCRF funding stream in the same cycle
Funding:
-
Up to USD 150,000 over 2 years (USD 75,000 per year)

No indirect costs allowed
-
Travel and publication costs permitted
-
Salary support over 20% must be justified
-
Equipment costs must be limited and essential to the project
