Anna Nowak was appointed as an Advisory Council Member at Cancer Australia
Anna Nowak shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I am so honoured and delighted to be appointed as an Advisory Council Member at Cancer Australia.
This is a wonderful opportunity to go back to my roots in oncology and be of service to my discipline and to Australians living with cancer.
I am also looking forward to catching up with my colleague and erstwhile mentor Dorothy Keefe and hearing about the impact she is making as CEO of this wonderful agency.
Shout out to others who have been instrumental in my journey in Cancer – I wouldn’t have this honour without being supported or inspired by Martin Stockler, Haryana Dhillon, Mark Rosenthal, John Simes, Marie Malica, Georgia Halkett, Joanna Dewar, Michael Byrne, Stephen Ackland, David Currow, Vlatka Duric, Fran Boyle, and Bogda Koczwara (all inspiring as are many more of my oncology colleagues).”
