“Very happy to share the manuscript from the 2024 United States Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference. Our goal with this is to address the many common clinical conundrums that occur daily in prostate cancer clinics but fall outside the areas covered by level 1 evidence.

The US represents a unique regulatory environment with a breadth of options for clinicians that is not present anywhere else, thus the choices faced by our practitioners are unique and we address many of them here. Neeraj Agarwal is a Professor of Medicine, and a Presidential Endowed Chair of Cancer Research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI), University of Utah. He also directs the Genitourinary Oncology (GU) Program, and the Center of Investigational Therapeutics (CIT) at the HCI. Dr. Agarwal is an Advisor to the Oncology Drug Advisory Committee and the United States Food and Drug Administration, leads early therapeutics in the SWOG genitourinary cancers committee, and is the Chief Editor of ASCO Daily News.
