“ASCO25 Plenary: ATOMIC trial (A021502)
In stage III dMMR colon cancer, atezolizumab + FOLFOX cut recurrences by 50%
3-yr DFS: 86.4% vs 76.6%
HR: 0.50 | N=700+ | NCI-funded

Could this approach also benefit patients with high-risk stage II colon cancer?

Further studies are definitely needed, but this may open a promising door.”
