- Collaboration: Working in a real team and having opportunities to discuss critical cases together.
- Openness: Encouraging openness within the team to talk over issues and support each other.
- Physical workspace: An adequate workplace with natural light and a comfortable break room.
- Work-life balance: Well-regulated working hours and mandatory lunch breaks to ensure everyone has time to recharge.
These are some elements highlighted by the respondents of the ESMO4 Carers campaign.
