“What an incredible week. I have had a tough time finding the words to articulate what a special experience the last few days have been. Over 40 healthcare professionals came from 25 countries around the world to participate in our St. Jude Global Academy Training Seminar in Palliative Care.
It was a whirlwind week and I feel like I have learned more than I taught. I am beyond grateful for the incredible efforts of our team and the incredible faculty, parents, and speakers for our Pediatric Palliative Oncology Symposium where over 1,400 people registered.
I feel a sense of optimism and hope seeing incredibly passionate and compassionate people from all over the world coming together with the mission to prevent and relieve suffering of children around the world. This is a week I will never forget!”
