• We investigated common molecular pathway alterations along patients with young onset CRC
• Similar rates of WNT pathway alterations but lower incidence of TGF-beta alterations
• Regardless of age, Wnt alterations were more common in rectal cancer than colon cancer. May have biological and therapeutic implications in the future…”
