Nazik Hammad: Honored to have served as the academic secretary of SDU-Canada
Nazik Hammad shared a post by Iman Ahmed, Fellow at the Global Research Forum on Diaspora and Transnationalism, on LinkedIn, adding:
“It was indeed an honor and a privilege to have served as the academic secretary of Sudan Doctors Union SDU-Canada for the last four years.
Thanks to all of you. I learned a lot from you. The Diaspora at its best.
Sudan has witnessed a lot in the last four years. It has been intense and will remain so but we remain hopeful and will work hard to bring peace and prosperity to the entire Sahel region.”
Quoting Iman Ahmed’s post:
“It’s a wrap! We’ve just concluded our Sudan Doctors Union-Canada Inaugural Conference.
Thanks to my team of colleagues in the Executive Committee and our SDU-Canada members for a long and fruitful journey. We continue making a difference to Population Health in Canada and Sudan.”
