For the 2026 Yvonne Awards, candidates were required to be within 15 years of receiving their terminal degree or initial faculty appointment.

Both trainees and experienced professionals were eligible to be nominated. Self-nominations were not accepted.

Award recipients were required to attend the ASCO Annual Meeting and the Yvonne Awards Ceremony in person on May 29, 2026.

Each nomination was required to include a curriculum vitae limited to two pages. Only nominations that fully satisfied the eligibility requirements were reviewed.

The nomination deadline was April 1, 2026.
