“Excited to share our work from Northwestern Medicine at AACR26! The PORTAL Study: Can recent cancer survivors safely receive liver transplants?
We’re prospectively enrolling patients with liver failure who had cancer within the past 5 years – including both remission (Cohort A) and active cancer (Cohort B) patients undergoing curative resection after transplant. Tracking OS, DFS, graft survival & biomarkers (MRD, cfDNA) over 10 years.”
