“The Baheya Foundation for Early Detection and Treatment of Breast Cancer, a UICC member, had an inspiring and action-packed Pink October, marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Giza, Egypt, under the campaign theme ‘Anty Kwayesa?, Are You Okay?
Throughout the month, the Baheya Foundation hosted a wide range of activities designed to encourage self-care, early detection, and open conversations about breast health, including:
- A Day of Awareness and Wellness in partnership with Nivea
- Educational sessions with medical experts
- The 8th Baheya Breast Cancer Conference (BBCC)
- A Healing Retreat at the Savoy Sharm El Sheikh
- The ‘Swing in Pink’ charity golf tournament
- The Baheya Boutique
- Dignity Through Style and the Trillium Preschool Initiative
- A Skydive initiative to raise awareness
