Congrats on simultaneous publication of the data in Annals of Oncology! It’s a high bar to advance therapies in the 2nd line setting. I tend to still favor monotherapy for most – have had challenges with Len 20 and also want to understand more about the cardiac tox. Still, always eager to have more options to discuss with my patients!”
