“Lungscape Cohort used panTRK IHC in 1703 resected NSCLC: 69 IHC+ cases and only 1 confirmed fusion (false positive rate of 4%). NGS cohort found 11 fusions in 24243 pts (incidence 0.03%) and 5 were retested with IHC – only 1 weakly positive.”
