“Happy to share that I’ve been appointed to represent The Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) in the European Cancer Organisation’s Prevention, Early Detection and Screening Network.
It is a great honour to act as the link person between two major stakeholders in oncology.
As a long-standing member of MASCC, where I’ve the privilege of collaborating with colleagues with a shared interest in supportive care in cancer, and building also on my academic work at theFaculty of Medicine of the University of Porto and Case Western Reserve University, I now hope to contribute to both ECO and MASCC with my know-how in primary and secondary prevention, particularly personalised cancer prevention.”
