POLE mutations occur in approximately 7-10% of endometrial cancers and are associated with an excellent prognosis and low recurrence rates. As molecular classification becomes increasingly important in endometrial cancer management, access to POLE testing can help support guideline-aligned risk stratification and treatment planning.”
