“Last night I, and several from our department, had the privilege of attending the Pluta Cancer Center Foundation’s Emerald Ball alongside so many dedicated colleagues and friends. Nights like this are a reminder of what philanthropy makes possible in cancer care.
Every dollar raised touches three things that matter most:
- The patients sitting across from us in clinic today,
- The research that will change what we can offer tomorrow,
- The steady march toward cures that once felt out of reach.
Philanthropic support fuels clinical trials, funds the equipment and infrastructure that let us deliver better treatment, and gives our researchers room to chase the ideas that don’t yet have grant funding behind them.
Grateful to everyone who showed up, gave generously, and reminded us why this work matters. Thank you to the Pluta Cancer Center Foundation for another incredible night in support of our patients and our mission.”
