A particularly neat feature of this trial: it compared an unconjugated topo1 inhibitor (topotecan) vs a conjugated topo1 inhibitor, demonstrating the impact of the ADC delivery system.”

Among patients with relapsed small-cell lung cancer after chemotherapy, treatment with tambotatug pelitecan led to longer survival than treatment with topotecan, with fewer adverse events of grade 3 or higher.”
