Identifying Clinically Relevant Resistance Mechanisms in Multiple Myeloma in Less Than Two Weeks – One Biosciences

One Biosciences shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Can prospective single-cell profiling of bone marrow identify resistance mechanisms within clinically relevant timelines?

Today at the International Myeloma Society Meeting, we’re excited to share preliminary results from ImmunoMM, our prospective study with CHU de Nantes.

Using OneMap, we identified clinically relevant mechanisms of resistance to bispecific T-cell engagers and CAR-T cells, from BCMA loss or mutation to immunosuppressive bone marrow environments, while delivering results in less than two weeks.

This is what clinical single-cell is about: moving beyond describing disease to generating actionable insights, in clinically relevant timelines, to support more personalized treatment decisions.

A huge thank you to our collaborators at CHU Nantes and to all the teams behind ImmunoMM. The study continues to enroll patients as we further evaluate the potential of real-time single-cell profiling to support precision treatment strategies and drug development.
