What a wonderful few days at the World Cancer Congress 2026 in Hong Kong!
One of the real highlights was our Lancet Oncology Commission session on the Human Crisis in Cancer with Gary Rodin, Richard Sullivan, Wendy Lam and Mac Skelton. It was lovely to see OncoDaily pick up the session.
Had a fun opportunity to chat with Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) about the conference, the conversations taking place, and what I hope they will lead to. And then there was everything that happens around the program – old friends reunited, new friendships made, and conversations that may well become new partnerships.
Now, onwards to Kuching for APOCP Conference 2026! Sarawak is special. It is a place where conversations can move beyond words and into action.
