“MASCC/ISOO 2026 – Day 1 Highlights!
A wonderful first day at MASCC2026 in beautiful Melbourne!
We were proud to present four oral rapid posters, all projects mentored and led by Prof. Andreas Charalambous e-OncoRise Research Center for Oncology and Palliative Care, Cyprus University of Technology.
- Two posters as study results of EU4Health i_NTERVENE project, advancing cancer health literacy
- One poster from the EU4Health TRANSiTION project, focusing on digital skills in cancer care
One poster presenting findings from my PhD research on virtual reality interventions for adolescents and young adults with cancer and their caregivers.
It was heartwarming reunion with dear friends and colleagues from around the world Darcy Burbage, Remziye Semerci Grigorios Kotronoulas and meet new ones.
Many congratulations to the MASCC/ISOO Organising Committee for an excellent conference and to all the award recipients for their well-deserved recognition.
