Study of 3401 myeloma patients s/p ASCT finds 110 (3.2%) developed 2nd heme malignancy [therapy related myeloid neoplasm= 98; B cell ALL = 11, mixed phenotype leukemia = 1) and the cumulative incidence is increasing w/ time.”
