Data on efficacy of BCMA-directed treatment following PD on GPRC5D-directed therapy in relapsed myeloma show median PFS 8.2 months (15.7 if BCMA-naïve, 1.45 if BCMA exposed); median PFS 15.7 mos for CART and 8.2 months for BsAb, ORR 90% and 46%.”
