Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center shared a post on X:
“The FDA has approved datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato-DXd) for patients with unresectable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who are not candidates for immunotherapy.
The approval was based on results from the international Tropion-Breast02 clinical trial, led in the U.S. by MSK breast medical oncologist Dr. Tiffany Traina.”
