Martin Harutyunyan: Breaking Cancer Stigma and Expanding Access to Care Remain Our Mission

Martin Harutyunyan, Head of Palliative Medicine Service at Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center, Ministry of Health of Armenia, Director of OncoDaily LA at OncoDaily, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“This photo ended up being my only photo from American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2026. I take it as a good sign.
It means the work mattered more than documenting it.

Everything we do is for our community and for our patients. Our goal stays the same: break the stigma around cancer, make care accessible, and make sure no one is left behind because of social or financial barriers.

This year our team focused on covering innovation, listening to the conversations that truly move the field forward, and paying attention to the gaps that still need work.

OncoDaily is always here to highlight the people who genuinely work to help others fight cancer.

I hope that next year we return to ASCO with even more progress to show and even stronger stories to share.”
