“Last weekend I had a great opportunity to be a mentor and speaker for more than 100 young oncologists from Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Serbia in NEXTGEN Breast Academy organized in Belgrade by AstraZeneca Balkans.
After two lectures: ‘Reading between the lines: Interpretation of clinical trials in everyday practice‘ and ‘Redefining HER2 Horizons‘ I had a privilege to chair two panels:
- first, on HER2-positive mBC with Balkan BC stars: Ana Tecic Vuger, Petya Balikova and Simonida Bobic
- and second ‘The Bigger picture‘ where my great friend Matteo Lambertini gave a lesson on his career path and how to become a researcher in oncology.
