Laure-Anne Teuwen, Medical Oncologist at UZA, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Reflecting back on the ESMO Leaders Generation Programme, I had high expectations.
The programme went far beyond them!
On a personal level, I learned that my core values are connection and making a difference. In many ways, this is exactly what the programme created for me.
What made all the difference was connecting with incredible colleagues from around the world, and witnessing the transformative nature of this programme in each of us.
Through the teachings of Terri Creeden on brave leadership, and of Jo Filshie Browning, Kate Minogue, Peter Sandbach and Terri Creeden on speaking with clarity, presence, and influence … prepare! breathe! slow down! I look back on this year feeling empowered to use these skills to contribute to Global Oncology, and use my voice to support others in doing the same.
Truly grateful to the ESMO LGP 25/26 family, and to ESMO – European Society for Medical Oncology, Teresa Amaral, Milena Marzano, and Francesca Longo for making this experience possible.
Can’t wait to reconnect at ESMO 2026 in Madrid.”
