“At KHCC Education and Training Academy, we believe that investing in developing the skills of health workers is an investment in providing better patient care. 💙
The Academy provides high-quality training programs based on the latest teaching and learning strategies, to meet the needs of healthcare providers locally and regionally, and contribute to the development of the skills and knowledge of participants from various disciplines.
During 2025, approximately 1600 employees benefited from the Academy’s programs, with 86% coverage of the targeted training areas.
We share with you the experiences of a number of employees and how these programs have reflected on their professional performance.
We are proud that this continued impact is the result of Bank Al Etihad’s active partnership and support to the Education and Training Academy since 2020, which has enabled programs and enhanced their impact on improving the quality of healthcare.”
