“In between 2 major typhoons that hit Hong Kong during the last week, we have managed to successfully host our 7th CUHK Sarcoma Masterclass at CUHK Medical Centre.
In addition to my amazing co-chair KC Wong, this year’s meeting was held in collaboration with SYSUCC in Guangzhou and co-chaired by Prof Xing Zhang. We are hopeful that to bolster collaborations within the Greater Bay Area.
We welcomed over 80 in-person attendees from Hong Kong and across the Asia Pacific region. A similar number also registered online from further abroad to continue with our yearly tradition of multidisciplinary sarcoma indulgence.
Special thanks to our overseas faculty including David Papke from Harvard Medical School, Shushan Hovsepyan who braved the typhoon to come to Hong Kong, and to my local faculties KC Wong, Ryan Lee, Janelle Yorke, Charlotte LIU, Maximus Yeung, Teresa Tse, Benjamin Lam, Wesley Wong, Cina Tong, King Kenneth Cheung and many others from CUHK Medicine who helped put our programme together!
