Harpreet Singh, Chief Medical Officer at Precision For Medicine, shared on LinkedIn:
“Here at World Lung in Seoul – watching a few abstracts for assets I’ve been involved with since leading FDA Division of Oncology 2.
Now at Precision For Medicine, I’m thrilled to support our biotech clients in all aspects of drug development !
- DESTINY-LUNG-04 – after granting Enhertu accelerated approval in 2022 at the 5.4 mg/kg dose (vs 6.4 mg/kg in breast and gastric) – I’ve been anxiously awaiting the results of this FRONT Line monotherapy trial for HER2 mutated lung CA Daiichi Sankyo AstraZeneca
- PAPILLON – another FRONT line trial, Amivantamab + chemo in EGFR exon 20 ins mutations, granted FDA approval in early ‘24 based on PFS and a favorable OS trend, it’s wonderful to see that OS trend mature.
- ARROS-1 – looking for updates on FRONT line and intracranial data on Zidesamtinib, an oral TRK-sparing ROS-1 TKI, granted FDA approval for later lines and will likely be updated to line agnostic in the near term.
Looking forward to the Presidentials where this data will be presented!”
