“Join the 2026 Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Tour!
This October, we’re taking the message that it’s Time to Talk About Lobular Breast Cancer across America!
Following the International Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC) Symposium in San Francisco, the LBCA Awareness Bus will travel coast-to-coast from September 26 through October 15 (Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Day), stopping in 10+ cities, visiting leading ILC programs, meeting with advocates, attending community events, and sharing information about invasive lobular carcinoma every mile of the way. We’d love for you to be part of it!
You can:
- Join us for one or more stops along the route
- Ride the bus to the next destination (space permitting)
- Share your ILC story in a social media reel
- Help organize or participate in an awareness event near October 15
- Request a Governor’s Proclamation for Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Day
- Support the tour through a donation or sponsorship
Whether you join us on the road or support us from home, you’ll be helping raise awareness of the second most common subtype of breast cancer, which remains under-recognized and under-researched.
